HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
 After placing an order you'll receive shipping information, including a tracking number, so you can monitor your delivery. Orders ship within 24 hours of purchase on business days.

PROCESSING TIME
 Processing and shipping times are separate. Processing time varies with order size — larger orders may need extra time before they ship.

SHIPPING RATES
 Orders over $75 qualify for free shipping* (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). All other shipping costs depend on the product and are calculated at checkout. *Punching bags carry an added shipping fee.

DELIVERY
 Courier is selected by our 3PL based on the best available option.

  • FedEx Home Delivery: 1–4 business days

  • PO Boxes (domestic): shipped via USPS

  • APO / military addresses: due to military handling, delivery can take 30+ days

CANADA

SHIPPING
 DHL Express Worldwide — estimated delivery 3–5 business days. Duties & taxes are included in your final price. Costs vary by country and are calculated once shipping info is entered; we file and pre-pay international shipping costs and duties.

Wholesale orders shipping to Canada are not charged tax/duty at checkout — these are charged when the shipment clears customs.

MEXICO

 DHL Express Worldwide — estimated delivery 3–5 business days. Duties & taxes included in your final price.

Important notice for customers in Mexico: Shipments are subject to Mexican customs regulations and may require specific documentation depending on value and product type. Shipments above roughly $1,000 USD may require the recipient to be registered in Mexico's Importer Registry (Padrón de Importadores). Missing or incorrect documentation can cause delays, extra fees, or holds. There's no single value threshold that exempts a shipment from these requirements — rules vary by shipment. For current requirements, contact SAT, ANAM, or a licensed customs broker before ordering.

OTHER INTERNATIONAL

DHL Express Worldwide — estimated delivery 4–6 business days. Shipping cost calculated at checkout. Duties & taxes included in final price (calculation and international pre-payment process as above).
