We are able to accept returns or exchanges on uniforms, apparel, gear & equipment* only under the following conditions:

  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Items must be clean and free from wear
  • Items must be unwashed

We do not accept exchanges or returns on the following items:

  • Outlet or Sales Items : All items that are sold with a discounted price vs its original price.
  • Punch/Heavy Bags
  • Face Masks
  • Mouth Guards
  • Compression Shorts
  • Undergarments
  • Protective Cups
  • Custom Gloves
  • UFC Personalized products

Any item returned that does not meet the above criteria, will not be eligible (i.e. dirty, smell of cigarette smoke or detergent, covered in animal dander or deodorant marks, have visible signs of wear, etc).

If qualifying, VENUM is happy to offer its customers easy returns and instant exchanges.

  • Use your email address OR order number and shipping zip code to initiate a return or exchange.
  • Exchanges are instant! Exchange orders will ship out right away - even before you send back your old items.
  • Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days upon VENUM's receipt of your package. They will be credited to the card used in your initial purchase. (Please note that card refunds may take up to 5 business days for your bank to process.)

For all orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico, standard shipping may take an additional two weeks.

If your order was shipped within the United States, you can initiate a return at any time by visiting our Returns Center.
 

If you are returning a purchase outside of the United States, please contact returns@venum.com to return or exchange an international order (Hawaii, US Territories, and Alaska included). Return and/or exchange shipping costs for international orders are the customer’s responsibility.

Note that a refusal of delivery from the client, will generate a refund. But we will deduct the return shipping cost (from the carrier) and withhold a 20% restocking fee.

If you are returning a purchase outside of the United States, please contact return.us@venum.com to return or exchange an international order (Hawaii, US Territories, and Alaska included). Return and/or exchange shipping costs for international orders are the customer’s responsibility.

VENUM was created as a brand committed to obliterating boundaries. In this spirit, it’s important to us that our international customers experience less of them. Our checkout will automatically include duties and taxes for all international orders so there is no more surprise delivery fees and unnecessary delays.
