What is our Return Policy?

What is your Return Policy?

We are able to accept returns or exchanges on uniforms, apparel, gear & equipment* only under the following conditions:

  • Items must be in their original packaging
  • Items must be clean and free from wear
  • Items must be unwashed

We do not accept exchanges or returns on the following items:

  • Punch/Heavy Bags
  • Face Masks
  • Mouth Guards
  • Compression Items
  • Undergarments
  • Protective Cups
  • Groin Guards
  • Custom Gloves
  • UFC Personalized Products
  • Free Gifts or Promotional Items with a retail value
 

Any item returned that does not meet the above criteria, will not be eligible (i.e. dirty, smell of cigarette smoke or detergent, covered in animal dander or deodorant marks, have visible signs of wear, etc).

VENUM accepts unworn, undamaged goods within 30 days of receipt.

Please note: If delivery fails due to an inaccurate or incomplete shipping address, or if the customer refuses delivery, a refund will be issued once the package is returned. However, the refund will be subject to deductions for the shipping cost charged by the carrier as well as a 20% restocking fee.

Denied Returns:

For returns reviewed by the warehouse and flagged—typically because they are in non-original condition, dirty, contain pet hair, or have an odor—the item will be stored for up to two weeks. During this period, the customer must provide a shipping label for the item(s) to be returned. If the customer provides no further instructions within the two week window, the item(s) will be disposed of.

  • Use your email address OR order number and shipping zip code to initiate a return or exchange.
  • Exchanges are instant! Exchange orders will ship out right away - even before you send back your old items.
  • Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days upon VENUM's receipt of your package. They will be credited to the card used in your initial purchase. (Please note that card refunds may take up to 5 business days for your bank to process.)

For all orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico, standard shipping may take an additional two weeks.

If your order was shipped within the United States, you can initiate a return anytime by visiting our Returns Center.

If you are returning a purchase outside of the United States, please contact contact.us@venum.com to return or exchange an international order (Hawaii, US Territories, and Alaska included). Return and/or exchange shipping costs for international orders are the customer’s responsibility.
