Return Policy
We accept returns/exchanges on uniforms, apparel, gear & equipment only if items are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging/tags. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.
Not eligible for return or exchange:
- Punch/heavy bags
- Compression items
- Rashguards
- Spats
- Vale Tudo/compression shorts
- Leggings)
- Undergarments
- Protective cups, Groin guard, Mouth guards
- Custom gloves, custom football/team sports products (cleats, gloves), personalized UFC apparel
- Free gifts or promotional items with retail value
Items showing wear, odor, pet hair, or other signs of use will be denied. Denied returns are held 2 weeks pending a customer-provided return label, then disposed of.
Failed/refused delivery: refund issued once returned, minus return shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee.
USA
- Free exchanges within the Continental U.S. (excludes discounted items)
- Start a return/exchange via the Returns Center using your email or order # + zip code
- Exchanges ship instantly, before your old item is even received back
- Refunds process 2-3 business days after we receive your package, credited to original payment method (banks may take up to 5 business days)
- Orders to HI, AK, or PR: standard shipping may run ~2 weeks longer
Canada
- Standard returns accepted on all products except the excluded categories above
Mexico & Latin America
- Handled through our dedicated site: venum.mx — same excluded-item list applies
Return process: U.S. orders → use the Returns Center. International orders (including HI, AK, U.S. territories) → email contact.us@venum.com; return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.
