What is your Return Policy?

We accept returns or exchanges on uniforms, apparel, gear, and equipment* only under the following conditions:

  • Items must be in their original packaging.
  • Items must be clean and free from wear.
  • Items must be unwashed.

We do not accept exchanges or returns on the following items:

  • Punch/Heavy Bags
  • Face Masks
  • Mouth Guards
  • Compression Items
  • Undergarments
  • Protective Cups
  • Groin Guard
  • Custom Gloves
  • Custom Football & Team Sports Products (Cleats, Gloves)
  • Personalized UFC Apparel
  • Free Gifts or Promotional Items with a retail value.

For hygienic safety, we do not accept returns or exchanges for compression items, as these items may be worn as undergarments. Compression items include:

  • Compression Tops - Rashguards
  • Compression Pants - Spats
  • Vale Tudo & Compression Shorts
  • Leggings

Any item returned that does not meet the above criteria will not be eligible (i.e., dirty, smells of cigarette smoke or detergent, covered in animal dander or deodorant marks, has visible signs of wear, etc.).

VENUM accepts unworn, undamaged goods within 30 days of receipt

Please note : In the event of a failed delivery due to an inaccurate or incomplete shipping address, or a refusal of delivery by the customer, a refund will be issued once the package is returned to us. However, the refund will be subject to deductions for the return shipping cost charged by the carrier, as well as a 20% restocking fee.

Denied Returns:

For returns that have been reviewed by the warehouse and flagged—typically due to reasons such as being in non-original condition, dirty, containing pet hair, or having an odor — the item will be stored for up to two weeks. During this period, the customer must provide a shipping label for the item to be returned. If no further instructions are received from the customer within the two-week window, the item will be disposed of.

  • Use your email address OR order number and shipping zip code to initiate a return or exchange.
  • Exchanges are instant! Exchange orders will ship out right away - even before you send back your old items.
  • Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days upon VENUM's receipt of your package. They will be credited to the card used in your initial purchase. (Please note that card refunds may take up to 5 business days for your bank to process.)

For all orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico, standard shipping may take an additional two weeks.

VENUM products should fit perfectly. Not quite right? Exchanges are free for items ordered within the Continental U.S. (Not applicable for discounted items). We encourage you to try another size if necessary!

If your order was shipped within the United States, you can initiate a return at any time by visiting our Returns Center.
 

If you are returning a purchase outside of the United States, please contact contact.us@venum.com to return or exchange an international order (Hawaii, US Territories, and Alaska included). Return and/or exchange shipping costs for international orders are the customer’s responsibility.

Note that a refusal of delivery from the client, will generate a refund. But we will deduct the return shipping cost (from the carrier) and withhold a 20% restocking fee.
