In any physical exercise there is competition with others, but more importantly, is competition with yourself. In a gym or the ring, the objective is to surpass yourself until victory. With this perspective, the idea of an opponent can stimulate them and make them eager to compete to surpass themselves. In reality, it's less about beating an opponent than proving that you can do it. A beautiful lesson of life !
